Apologia Biology is the guide for biology topics covered.

This course is an excellent way to enhance your study of biology, but you do not have to be taking biology concurrently. You can take this class before, during, or after a formal study of biology.

You are not required to purchase Apologia Biology for this course.

Students will hand letter a few definitions from the biology text each week and then illustrate the concepts with pencil, pen, or watercolor. Students will learn to label their illustrations with an eye for beauty and scientific accuracy.

The process of slowing down and beautifully illustrating the science concepts will enhance their understanding of biology and appreciation for the beauty of God's creation. They will see the fingerprints of God on drops of water, petals of flowers, and gills of mushrooms.
