Any Day is a Great Day to make Art
With a self-paced class, any day can be art day!
Build confidence. Cultivate creativity. Enjoy learning.
These are just a few of the things your student will gain from a Delightful Art Co. class.
We do art with an academic theme. That gets kids interested in the academic subject.
They create illustrated books on the academic subject, so they may be interested in reading more about the subject after class. Maybe they'll add more information to their book and add more illustrations. Taking ownership for what they are learning is the BEST way to learn. Instead of being a passive learning waiting for you to teach them, they become seekers of knowledge! They seek more and add it to their own book - a keepsake of their art and knowledge.
Now, self-paced students can get the encouragement and support they need to keep going in a private online forum: the Self-Paced Student Group!
The self-paced student GROUP is a private online forum on the Delightful Art Co. website where you can ask questions, post student work, and get feedback. It's moderated by Delightful Art teachers! It's a Delightful community! I hope you'll join and share ideas there!

Below, you can see how a student took a lesson on medieval illuminations and made it their own!
